Availability

"In stock" only means that we have amount left for preorder (unfortunately can't be changed in our system to "preorder" or similar". It does not conclude to the delivery time or the actual availability.

Content and delivery time

The information on the product pages about content and release date are based on manufacturer information and therefore have a non-binding character. When a release gets postponed we will inform all affected customers.

Shipment

Shipping will take place once we receive the product, at the earliest to the listed release date. Orders containing preorder articles won't get shipped before all articles are available. Please keep that in mind and may consider making multiple orders.

Delays / Quantity deductions

Delays are possible. We are not liable for delays caused by actions out of our control such as change of the release date by the manufacturer, staggered delivery waves, etc. Be aware that supply chains can't be influenced and that we are dependen on our distributors. 

Quantity deductions or full cancellations are possible. There is at no point a guarantee and therefore we deny all liability. In case we don't receive our fully ordered amounts, we will allocate/cancel the preorders accordingly by chronologically taking the orders into account. Orders stay active until we get a final notification from our supplier that this amount won't come. Payments made in advance for not available products will get refunded completely and immediately after cancellation.

Payment

The same conditions as for ordering in stock products apply. Unpaid orders can get cancelled after 7 days, no matter the duration until the release of the article.

Cancellation

The same conditions as for ordering in stock products apply. Unpaid orders can get withdrawn in written form within 7 days. Delays and quantity deductions have also no influence on this.
