Informations SWSH Shining Fates / Battle Decks / Spring Tins

 

Important general information: We make updates here as soon as we get new information. If there is no entry here, you don't need to ask (like already mentioned in the infomail, we do not process such messages), we haven't forgotten about it, in this case there are simply no new information.

Tabular overview on how many preorders we could already cover, percentage wise to all preorders, and what the latest payment date is we could take into account. This only refers to products we have in our office ready to ship. Not calculated in are our amounts we got confirmed but haven't received yet.

13.07: The remaining amount of English tins arrived. All orders are done now.
 

30.06: We got an English amount of tins confirmed. All orders can be covered. We should receive them within the next week.
 

12.06: The remaining amounts of German premium collections and English trainerboxes are on the way to us, should arrive within the next week. The only thing missing then will be the remaining English tins, we stay in touch with our distributor about that.

09.06: Overview updated. The in the last entry mentioned new amounts of English pin, v collections and trainerboxes ar on the way. According to the tracking they should arrive at our office in the next days. Additionally we got another amount of English trainerboxes confirmed with wich we can cover all orders remaining after the current shipment.
 

02.06: We got an additional amount of English trainerboxes, pin and V collections confirmed. The pin and V collections will be enough for all remaining preorders, the trainerboxes will cover about two third.

21.05: Numbers in the chart got updated with deliveries and cancellations from this week. Additional amounts of English battle decks and spring tins as well as German trainerboxes are on the way.

07.05: A next shipment of German trainerboxes got announced. Sadly the amount is pretty low, but according to our distributor, the next shipment will already be in about two weeks.
 

27.04: Last weeks announced shipment of more English Pin Collections got in.

22.04: We got a next amount of English Pin Collections confirmed. It will cover about 70% of the remaining preorders.
 

16.04: According to our distributor, the next amount of pin and V collections is expected at the end of this month, the next delivery wave of trainerboxes at the start of next month.
 

07.04: We finally received the shipment with the English Premium Collections. Like previously mentioned, it covers all preorders for this article.
 

31.03: Unfortunately the shipment with the English Premium Collections is stuck at customs.
 

25.03: We got the confirmation of a shipment with English Premium Collections. It will be enough for all preorders and is expected to arrive in about one week.

 

24.03: The English Tins yesterday mentioned arrived today. We can cover 18% of the preorders.

23.03: The shipment of English Mini Tins has arrived. Packages and partial delivery offers got sent. The first "regular" English Shining Fates tins should arrive in the next days.

 

18.03: Unfortunatley the delivery of English Mini Tins we were hoping to get this week won't come this week. We are in contact with our supplier and hope that the delay is only small so can can offer the tins to the first customers who preordered soon. Updates will follow.

 

17.03: A first small amount of English Pin Collection arrived. All customers with partial delivery possibilities got informed. It covers 12% of the preorder, the latest payment date taken into account is 11.01.

 

16.03: The first delivery of English Pikachu Collections arrived. Now completed orders got shipped. For the other ones, mails with the partial delivery option got sent. Like already announced, the amount covered about 15% of the preorders, latest payment date taken into account is 26.01.

 

12.03: We got a shipment of English Mini Tins announced. Should arrive at the end of next week and should cover about half of the preorders. Some remaining German tins will go online for sale tomorrow.

 

11.03: A first amount of German Premium Collectiosn just arrived. It cannot cover all preorder, but it is enough for about 70%. We got a first (small!) English Pin Collection amount confirmed. Should arrive next week and able to cover about 15% of the preorders.

 

10.03: German Mini Tins arrived. Now complete orders will get shipped as soon as possible. Also the mails about potential partial deliveries will come as soon as possible.

 

09.03: We finally got a first English supply confirmed (should arrive at the start of next week). It sadly "only" contains Pikachu Collections and only a small amount, it should cover around 15% of the preorders. We don't know what that means for additional english boxes, but we hope that they will gradually come now.

 

06.03: We got a first amount of German Mini Tins and Premium Collections confiremed yesterday. We should receive them at the end of next week.

 

02.03: We know that the situation is unfortunate and frustrating, it is for us too. We are doing all we can!

 

01.03: The stuck packages finally got delivered tody. So now we have a lot of German tins, pin collections and V collections. All orders that are now complete will get shipped today. All customers get informed that have the possibility of a partial shipment.

 

27.02:
Update on the German products: Although they couldn't give us a reason, the customer service of the delivery serivce aggreed with us that it is very strange and unusual that packages are being held for three days. Apparently the delivery is now set for Monday. It contains the mentioned products from the update on the 24th.

Update on the English prdoducts: Our wholesaler couldn't or didn't want to give us information on why we don't have English products for Shining Fates as well as the spring tins and Battle Decks yet, and also not when first amounts are expected. Thus here is our assumption: We guess that the English cards are first distributed to the countries who don't have cards made in their local language. Since there are Pokémon cards printed in three official Swiss languages, we might be lower down on the list for the supply of English cards. This is only speculation and we hope daily to get meaningful updates and we will then of course post them here. There is no need to worry yet that our amounts won't be enough, so we still keep all orders alive.

24.02: The tracking shows the following:

Can't say a lot about it, it is a known problem that delivery services are overloaded at the moment. Affected are all products we were hoping to arrive today, Shining Fates Tins DE, Shining Fates Pikachu V Collections DE, Shining Fates Pin Collections DE, Battle Decks Blastoise and Venasaur DE. We only receive the German Spring Tins and a small amount of German V Collections today, which were in a separate shipping. 

 

23.02: We got the first German Shining Fates tins in today, unfortunately only a small amount and only two out of the three versions. Since according to the tracking we can expect the third artwork tomorrow we didnt offer partial deliveries and will instead look for options tomorrow when hopefully the whole sets will be availalbe. Since some tins were left over (little damaged during shipping) we could ship out some single booster orders. Apart from the tins we are also expecting for tomorrow Wednesday the first amount of German V Collections and Pin Collections as well as first amounts of the regular spring Tins and the new Battle Decks. Also with those products, only German so far.

We have asked our distributor on news for the English products and are currently waiting on an update.

 

22.02: The first German trainerboxes came in today (Sadly no Pin and V Collections as hoped yet). All customers we can at least partialy supply got contacted (to your reference, the latest payment date we could consider is January 11th). Also we got announced an additional amount of German Pikachu V Collections which should cover all preorders. The boxes are expected to arrive by the end of this week.

 

20.02: So far we sadly dont have any information on the English products. We hope to get first amounts confirmed next week. Also we are hoping for positive news on more German articles.

 

19.02: We just got a first invoice with German tins. The amount can cover all preorders. (This only means that we received the invoice and the amount therefore is considered as secured, not that we have the tins already. We expect the delivery for mid next week).

 

17.02: We have received our first invoice. As expected, only very small quantities. It contains German trainerboxes, V Collections and Pin Collections. Will sadly be only enough for a few very early paid preorders. We expect the delivery on Monday.

15.02: There will be multiple small partial deliveries over the next weeks. As soon as we get more information it will be shown here. We will allocate the amounts according to the payment date of the preorder.
